Briefly tell us what you do, and length of time in the CRE industry: I am a Client Executive with M3 Insurance, specializing in commercial real estate insurance and risk management solutions for property owners, developers, investors, and managers. I work closely with clients to structure insurance programs, negotiate renewal strategies, analyze contractual insurance requirements, and support transactional and lender-related insurance needs.

What project or professional accomplishment are you most proud of?: I'm most proud of helping commercial real estate clients navigate one of the most challenging insurance markets in recent history. Through strategic program design, carrier negotiations, and creative risk financing solutions, I've helped clients maintain strong coverage while minimizing the impact of significant market-driven rate increases.

How are you involved or would like to be more involved in CREDA Wisconsin?: I am currently involved in CREDA Wisconsin through industry networking and relationship-building opportunities, and I value the connections it creates across the commercial real estate community. Moving forward, I'd like to become more involved by attending additional events, contributing to educational programming, and building stronger relationships with developers, owners, investors, and service providers throughout Wisconsin.

Tell us about your family: I’m a mom to two wonderful kids—Brooks (9) and Cosie (7)—and wife to my husband, Luke, who is also an active member of CREDA. Together, we have a Labradoodle, Augie, and a Bernedoodle, Nessie. When we're not talking real estate development around the dinner table, you can usually find us out on Pewaukee Lake, pontooning, kneeboarding, and enjoying time on the water with family and friends.
