Name/Title/Company: Brandon Flunker / Engineering Services Manager / Vierbicher

Briefly tell us what you do, and length of time in the CRE industry: I have been a Civil Engineer serving the public sector for nearly 14 years. After joining Vierbicher in June 2025 as a Project Manager, I have been strictly working with private sector clients in land development.

What project or professional accomplishment are you most proud of?: I am most proud of navigating and delivering a new 3 1/2 mile water infrastructure project supplying potable water to a new development and highly recognized academic institute for a local community that did not previously have reliable water infrastructure. This included multiple regulatory challenges and a condensed timeline. 

How are you involved or would like to be more involved in NAIOP Wisconsin?: I have attended a few events since joining NAIOP and am looking forward to finding ways to become more involved.

Tell us about your family: My wife Megan and I have been happily married for 11 years. We share four active children, who keep us on our toes, ranging in age from 2 to 10 years old.

What are your hobbies?: Homebrewing, Woodworking, Adventures Outdoors with my kids, and Cooking.

What is one item you cannot live without?: My notebook! I write notes everyday. It's fun  to look back at old notebooks and get snapshot of what I had been working on at that time.

What's your favorite vacation destination?: Road Trips in Europe.
